How is my payment processed?
We use Paypal as our payment gateway. Once you go to checkout your chosen item(s) you will be transferred to the secure Paypal website where you can finalise the transaction. You may also directly contact Susan in regard to purchasing an item and pay by bank transfer.
How will my print be packaged?
All prints to mainland U.K will be dispatched flat in rigid packaging. Each print is carefully and substantially packaged to ensure each one arrives in perfect condition.
What delivery service is used?
We post prints via well known and reputable courier companies such as ParcelForce. This provides the reassurance of tracking your delivery whilst in transit and replacement insurance if your print were to arrive damaged.
How long will my print take to arrive?
To maintain perfect quality, each print is produced only upon receiving your order. Factoring delivery time as well, please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your package.

Do you provide free delivery?
Yes, all orders delivered in mainland UK have free postage and packing.
What about shipping outside the UK?
You can purchase a print for delivery anywhere in the world but please contact us first for the cost of shipping. In that instance, prints would be packaged without a mount or frame but rolled between acid free tissue and despatched securely in a rigid postal tube to ensure safe long distance transit.
The colour shown on the paintings displayed on your screen are digital representations. Dependent on your screen calibration and light conditions there may be small differences to the colour produced on the actual prints although every effort is used to represent the original as accurately as possible.
Damages and refunds
Your print will be packaged to arrive in perfect condition but on receipt of your delivery please check the packaging for any signs of damage before signing for it. If your item is damaged please let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement for you.
If the print is perfect and you simply change your mind about the purchase please contact Susan within 7 days on 07941 689033 or email on email@example.com. Be aware the print must be returned undamaged and the postage cost of the return will be met by the customer. If the returned print were to arrive back in an unsellable condition, Susan reserves the right to cancel the refund.
